Employee Assistance Programme
Life is full of challenges that can affect us daily whether its health, finances, personal or work life. We offer an Employee Assistance Programme with Health Assured to all employees from their employment start date, to help improve health and wellbeing and provide a confidential advice and support service.
All of our people are automatically added as a member of our Legal and General - Life Assurance Policy from their employment start date. In the unfortunate event you die, the cover pays your nominated beneficiary a sum equal to four times your salary, subject to the insurers and trustee’s assessment and approval.
We always aim to ensure the health and wellbeing of our people and recognise regular breaks are needed throughout the year. Annual leave runs from January to December and is accrued on a monthly basis. You will get a minimum of 31 days to 38 days depending on length of service (incl. bank holidays). If you join us part way through the year or work part-time, your entitlement will be pro-rated.
We operate a salary sacrifice pension scheme with AVIVA to assist with pension contributions. Under this scheme all employees sacrifice part of their salary (4%) in return for a contribution to the scheme by Fedcap on your behalf (4%).
Performance Development Reviews
Performance Development Reviews take place twice-yearly and are fundamental to the upskilling of our people, succession planning and effectiveness of Fedcap. Each person can make a difference and we recognise that a workforce, that collectively performs to a high level will help the company grow and prosper within the Employability industry.
