Supporting people aged 16 plus
to find their a job that's right for them
Journey2Work is a voluntary employability programme aimed at people aged 16 plus who live in the Lancashire area. This programme is designed to give you the tools to help you start your journey back to employment.
You will get a dedicated employment adviser who will work with you on a one to one basis to help you overcome your barriers giving you the right level of support.
They will find out more about you, your interests to find a job that not only meets your skills and abilities but is right for you.
By getting involved you will get:
• access to group training sessions
• support to search and apply for jobs
• access to our online toolkit
• help to manage your health condition
• access to lots of employers who are looking for people like you
• in-work support for up to six months.
This programme is funded by ESF and DWP.
