Driving service excellence

and innovation with you

Our success is not just down to us. We know we can’t work alone and there are fantastic like-minded organisations out there that can help us to maximise people’s potential. The public, private and voluntary sectors all have a part to play.

Providing exceptional local knowledge and tailored experiences, our partners share our values, ethos and best practice and in turn, helps us drive service excellence and innovation. We have a rigorous selection process to determine the most appropriate organisations to help us support people to further their journey.

And with a healthy supplier network that drives competition and mutually beneficial commercial arrangements, we have the flexibility to deal with risk.

If you share our vision, you can also share:

  • a solid framework of proven delivery mechanisms and processes with a new continuous improvement cycle handbook that sets out our process for monitoring and evaluation that is founded on the principles of ISO and Matrix standards.

  • as a Transformational Prime we know that transactions are not enough. We go beyond processes to build resilience, capacity and capability across our supplier network. We offer a holistic delivery approach with regular site visits to see live delivery activity so we can plan together for sustainability, progression, and succession.

  • an ever-expanding network of like-minded partner organisations for mutual benefit and shared knowledge, with opportunities to advance your own organisation’s work

  • a value-based culture of respect, honesty and mutual support

  • a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise in the industry

  • robust supplier network and ethical procurement systems

  • greater opportunities to help more individuals, families and communities

  • a wider reach into excluded groups and communities, through our infrastructure and funding base

Partnership Opportunities

The Job Entry: Targeted Support (JETS)

Following our success in entering into a Commercial Agreement for the provision of Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS) under the Scotland lot, we will tender for a Call-Off contract to deliver JETS Scotland.

The contract will be for a period of 12 months, commencing January 2021, with a funding envelope of £21.75m. DWP reserves the right to extend the contract for up to a further 12 months at its absolute discretion, with an anticipated overall value of £45m.

JETS Scotland will be a programme that will help people who have been unemployed and in receipt of benefits for at least 13 weeks, to find sustained work. JETS Scotland will provide early support which will complement the wider labour market offer of support through a sector-based approach that responds to local priorities.

We know, through experience, that the key to successful delivery is through a partnership of like-minded organisations and we will always work with local companies, bodies and specialised supplier networks to deliver effective solutions. If you would like to join our partner network - we are interested to hear from you.

Please complete the JETS response document and the inftastructure stencil below before 12pm on 19 October 2020 and email them to workwithus@fedcapemployment.org. If you haven’t already, can you also please complete our EOI form.
