We have a robust and varied supply chain

We know we can't work alone and there are fantastic like-minded organisations out there that can help us to maximise people's potential in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Driving service excellence

and innovation with you

Our success is not just down to us. We know we can’t work alone and there are fantastic like-minded organisations out there who want to make a difference to people’s lives. We know we all have a part to play whether you’re a public, private or voluntary organisation.

We work with partners who have exceptional local knowledge, share our values, ethos and best practice and in turn, helps us drive service excellence and innovation.
Having a healthy partner network drives competition and mutually beneficial commercial arrangements.

Our vision is to advance the social and economic wellbeing of disadvantaged people within our communities. If you share our vision, you can also share:

  • a solid framework of proven delivery mechanisms and processes with a new continuous improvement cycle handbook that sets out our process for monitoring and evaluation that is founded on the principles of ISO and Matrix standards.

  • as a Transformational Prime we know that transactions are not enough. We go beyond processes to build resilience, capacity and capability across our supplier network. We offer a holistic delivery approach with regular site visits to see live delivery activity so we can plan together for sustainability, progression, and succession.

  • an ever-expanding network of like-minded partner organisations for mutual benefit and shared knowledge, with opportunities to advance your own organisation’s work

  • a value-based culture of respect, honesty and mutual support

  • a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise in the industry

  • robust supplier network and ethical procurement systems

  • greater opportunities to help more individuals, families and communities

  • a wider reach into excluded groups and communities, through our infrastructure and funding base

  • greater political influence, helping shape policy through involvement in debates and research.

Partnership Opportunities

Restart

The new £2.9 billon Restart scheme was announced in November 2020, and will help more than 1.4 million people who have been out of work for at least 12 months with enhanced support to find jobs in their local area. Restart will break down any employment barriers, integrate local support services and engage with employers, local government and other partners to deliver tailored support for individuals.

As an organisation we strive to be better, and through innovation we aim to improve our services to our customers. We want to give our customers a high-quality service, giving them the right specialist support to make well-informed choices so they can reach their potential. But we can’t do this alone – we need your help.

We are actively seeking like-minded organisations to join our Partner Network nationwide. We are not specifically looking for end to end delivery partners at this time but, we are keen to hear from organisations who can provide specialist support services or work in the community - organisations who are focused on addressing the local needs.

We would like to hear from you if you offer any specialist or community provision in these local areas in Wales, Greater Manchester and South Central.

If you would like to make a difference and be part of this changing environment, whether you are a supplier of services, a Local Authority, a specialist provider or any local organisation that contributes to the rich tapestry of an area then join our Partner Network by completing our Expression of Interest form or email us for more information.

Commercial Agreement for Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS)

In July, the DWP launched CAEHRS - a new framework developed to support the delivery of the government’s strategic objectives over the next five years supporting individuals to access, retain and progress in employment. CAEHRS is a framework designed to facilitate the provision of Employment and Health related services to the government and other contracting bodies across England, Wales and Scotland, with a total value of £7.5bn.

We are delighted to announce that we have been successful in gaining a place in each of the Lots across Britain comprising:

  • Lot 1 - Central

  • Lot 2 - North East England

  • Lot 3 - North West England

  • Lot 4 - Southern England

  • Lot 5 - London and Home Countries

  • Lot 6 - Wales

  • Lot 7 - Scotland

We are one of 28 organisations awarded a place, and one of only five organisations to achieve a place on all seven Lots and on the national framework.

We are still actively seeking like-minded organisations to join our Partner Network, so if you would like to make a difference and be part of this changing environment, whether you are a supplier of services, a Local Authority, a specialist provider or any local organisation that contributes to the rich tapestry of an area then join our partner network  - we are still interested to hear from you.
