We are delighted to announce Fedcap Employment has been successful in gaining a place in each lot across Britain on the latest contracted delivery employability framework.

We now have a place in each regional and national lot on the new Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Commercial Agreement for Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS) framework.
The DWP received a total of submissions from 61 organisations with a total of 171 compliant submissions across the seven regional lots. We are one of 28 organisations awarded a place, and one of only five organisations to achieve a place in all seven lots and on the national framework.
Fedcap Employment launched in 2019 and has supported more than 8,000 customers on their journey towards a better career. It currently delivers a range of funded employability programmes across England and Scotland to help people achieve their full potential.
Brian Bell, Chief Executive of Fedcap Employment, said: “This is amazing news and the result of our hard work over the last 18 months as a new entrant to the UK market.
“We are delighted to be named as one of only a handful of providers to achieve a place in all regional and national lots. This is a testament to the impact our frontline teams have shown and the lives that we, as a group, have helped to change.
Those on the framework will now be able to tender for forthcoming contracted employability provision, first through the new Jobs Entry Targeted Support (JETS) programme in Scotland. We will be working with interested partners on this, and other, opportunities moving forward.
Brian added: “As the only charity that sits across all of the lots, I hope we can bring some new ideas, a strong set of values to make a difference and a determination to work collaboratively with other great organisations to meet the challenges ahead. Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest in working with us.”
We will be taking part in ERSA’s ‘Meet the Primes’ events online to help potential partners get to know us better. The first takes place on Friday 23 October at 1pm.
We’re keen to work with people and like-minded organisations who share our vision, values and passion for supporting people to achieve the ‘power of possible’. If you or your organisation would like to be part of our future, get in touch today or complete our EOI form.
